Monster Pretzel Recipe – Easter Pretzel Rods

Easter Pretzel Rods

In this Monster Pretzel Recipe the pretzel rods are dipped in caramel, rolled in M&M’s, then drizzled with milk chocolate and white chocolate. The Easter Pretzel Rods make a great gift for Easter when wrapped individually.

  1. Unwrap caramel and melt down on a low heat.
  2. Place M&M’s in a bowl that will be easy to dip pretzel into.
  3. Dip pretzel in caramel letting excess drain off back into melting pot leaving enough room on pretzel to hold it.
  4. Dip into M&M’s and coat pretzel.
  5. Let dry on wax paper or parchment paper.
  6. Melt cocoa chocolate on low heat in heavy saucepan and drizzle over pretzel.
  7. Let dry.
  8. Melt white chocolate over low heat in heavy saucepan and drizzle over pretzel.
  9. Let dry.
